Preliminary Evaluation
After summarizing the project, initial sketches are created, and preliminary questions are asked to understand the client’s needs. The materials to be used are assessed, including cost analysis. Materials, finishes, colors, and technical and structural characteristics are some of the key elements considered during this joint evaluation phase.

Approval
The materials developed during the Preliminary Evaluation are presented to the client and, if necessary, customized according to their requests (time, cost, finishes, technical specifications). This phase is crucial because once the project characteristics are precisely defined, we can proceed with the industrialization of all production processes.

Production
After the approval of all drawings and technical specifications, the project moves to the production phase. The artisans responsible for the creation are fully informed about the client-approved specifications, having been involved in both the Preliminary Evaluation and Approval phases. Every weld, angle, and bend reflects over thirty years of experience, with no detail left to chance.

Quality Control
Ensuring the project meets the original design is critical in our industry. Therefore, every production phase is carefully checked to ensure the client receives products that align with the approved designs.

Assembly
Assembly often represents a challenge in contract projects, as production and assembly are typically managed by separate entities. Siderio offers a complete service to provide a turnkey package, with a team of expert assemblers. Alternatively, we provide clear and detailed instruction manuals to assist other assembly teams on-site. Our designers are available to answer questions or resolve any issues directly at the construction site.
