What happens if I change my mind about the product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a refund and return it quickly and easily. The right of withdrawal is governed by current regulations. You can return the item/s purchased by communicating your intention within 14 working days from the order delivery date.
What if I receive a defective or different product than what I ordered?
In the event of a defective or defective item we can replace your item with the same item you ordered, and you must return the damaged or defective item within 14 days of the delivery date (subject to availability). If, on the other hand, you intend to replace the item (subject to availability in the catalog based on the Terms and Conditions) or order a different one, you will have to return the one you received and place a new order. The return of the products will generate a refund equal to 100% of the cost you incurred for the item itself. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, Siderio will also reimburse you for the relative shipping costs, which will otherwise be at your expense.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order is not yet being delivered, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +39 0302772818 and we will cancel the order and refund you the full amount. If, on the other hand, the product is being delivered, the order can no longer be cancelled. You will need to arrange a return once you have received the product.
How do refunds work?
The refund can be made by bank transfer or PayPal: to indicate the selected method, write to email@example.com. Partial returns will correspond to partial refunds. Siderio will reimburse the return according to the system you indicated within 48 hours of confirming the arrival of the returned package at the warehouse. The refund to your bank account or PayPal will be viewable in a few days depending on the bank.
Can I modify an existing order?
Unfortunately confirmed orders cannot be changed.
